How To Pass An Abusive Relationship ?

An abusive relationship has a major affect on our daily life . If we were victims and did not seek a therapy ,the abusive relationship might have side affects which will lead to depression.
The human's strength comes from the mind and concentration.We as human can pass the bad and bitter memories by keeping our self busy and concentrate in a different thing.It does not sound easy for many people to do that method because they refuse to give themself a chance to try it.There are some tips that will help you to pass an abusive relationship:
Do not keep the abusive pictures or belongings.
Try to get rid of every thing that reminds you of the abuser.
Walk every day with a walkman or mp3 and listen to music and songs you like .
Think about TV shows you like and watch them daily.
Search the internet for your favourite movies or songs or TV shows.
Hang out with your friends to places and cafe shops and talk about different subjects.
Give your self a break from dating or joining a dating website.
Think of a sport and practice it daily.
Go to museums and library to keep your self busy.
write on piece of paper your goals in life for the next few years.
Do not discuss or talk with your friends about what happened during the abusive relationship and start a a new page in your life.
Cry at night alone when you need it so you feel comfortable for the next day .
